The defect
WHILE IN OPERATION AT SPEEDS ABOVE 35 MPH, THE WIPER ARM WILL LIFT OFF THE SURFACE OF THE WINDSHIELD.
The risk
DRIVER VISIBILTY WOULD BE ADVERSELY AFFECTED, WHICHCOULD RESULT IN AN ACCIDENT.
The remedy
INSTALL NEW WINDSHIELD WIPER ARM ASSEMBLY.
