The defect
FUEL PUMP SHUTOFF SWITCH MAY BE INCORRECTLY MOUNTED AS TO ITS VERTICAL POSITION.
The risk
VANS WOULD NOT BE IN CONFORMANCE WITH FMVSS 301.

REMOUNT FUEL PUMP SHUT OFF SWITCH IN THE PROPER VERTICAL POSITION.
