FURNACE PLYWOOD COVER WAS NOT INSTALLED.
The risk
WITHOUT COVER, ITEMS STORED UNDER THE SOFA COULD COMEINTO CONTACT WITH METAL FURNACE CASING; THIS CREATES A POTENTIAL FOR A FIRE IFSTORED ITEMS ARE COMBUSTIBLE AND FURNACE IS OPERATING.
