The defect
ADJUSTABLE STEERING COLUMN YOKE END, THAT SECURES UNIVERSAL JOINT BEARING CUPS, MAY NOT BE OF THE CORRECT EXECUTION AND CAPS COULD COME LOOSE.

THIS COULD CAUSE LOSS OF STEERING, WHICH COULD RESULTIN AN ACCIDENT.
The remedy
REPLACE COMPLETE STEERING SHAFT.
