The defect
REAR DOOR RELEASE MECHANISM DOES NOT OPEN BOTH DOORS SIMULTANEOUSLY; ALSO, EXIT OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS ARE NOT WITHIN 6 INCHES OF REAR EMERGENCY EXIT RELEASE MECHANISM.
The remedy
REPLACE REAR SEAT(S); REMOVE LATCH HOOK FOR LEFT REAR DOOR TO ALLOW FOR SIMULTANEOUS OPENING OF BOTH DOORS; INSTALL NEW DECALS 6 INCHES FROM RELEASE MECHANISM.
