The defect
SAFETY BELTS AND SAFETY BELT ASSEMBLIES MAY NOT HAVE BEEN INSTALLED FOR THE TWO SEATING POSITIONS IN THE ADDITIONAL REAR FACING SEAT.
The risk
PASSENGERS IN THE REAR FACING SEAT WOULD BE SUBJECT TOINCREASED INJURY AND VEHICLES WOULD NOT COMPLY WITH FMVSS 208.
The remedy
INSTALL APPROPRIATE SAFETY BELT IN REAR FACING SEAT.
