The defect
IMPROPER AMOUNTS OF WELD ON MOUNTING FLANGE COULD CAUSE MOUNTING FLANGE TO LOOSEN AND SLIDE UP THE CYLINDER BARREL.
The risk
THIS COULD CAUSE THE BOX IT HOISTED TO DROP WHICH COULD RESULT IN PERSONAL INJURY TO ANYONE STANDING UNDER THE UNIT.
The remedy
REPLACE DEFECTIVE CYLINDER WITH CYLINDERS THAT ARE WELDED ALL THE WAY AROUND THE MOUNTING FLANGE.
