The defect
WELDED CONNECTION BETWEEN THE AXLE TRAILING ARM AND THE INNER TRANSVERSE AXLE BAR COULD FAIL.
The risk
THIS COULD AFFECT OPERATOR'S ABILITY TO CONTROL THE VAN AND COULD RESULT IN AN ACCIDENT.
The remedy
INSTALL A REDESIGNED REAR AXLE AND REALIGN REAR WHEELS.
