The defect
METAL FORMED ENDS OF SEAT BELT ANCHORAGE BAR MAY BE CRACKED.
The risk
SEAT BELT ANCHORAGES WOULD NOT SUSTAIN SEAT BELT LOADS INA CRASH, INCREASING THE RISK OF INJURY TO THE OCCUPANT.
The remedy
REPLACE TOP PLATE WELDMENT, INCLUDING SEAT BELT ANCHORAGE BAR, ON SEAT PEDESTALS.
