The defect
AIR BAG INFLATOR CASE WAS INCORRECTLY MACHINED.
The risk
IN AN ACCIDENT, THE AIR BAG MAY NOT DEPLOY, WHICH COULD RESULT IN INCREASED INJURY TO THE DRIVER.
The remedy
REPLACE AIR BAG INFLATOR UNIT.
