VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: LIMOUSINES BUILT BY EMPIRE COACH. SAFETY BELTS MAY NOT HAVE BEEN INSTALLED FOR REAR FACING SEATS.
The risk
OCCUPANT OF THESE SEATS WOULD BE SUBJECT TO INCREASED INJURY IN EVENT OF A SUDDEN STOP OR ACCIDENT AND VEHICLES DO NOT COMPLY WITH FMVSS 208.
The remedy
