The defect
RETAINING CLIP FOR LINK BOLT THAT CONNECTS THE BRAKE/CLUTCH PEDAL TO THE PUSHROD MAY LOOSEN AND FALL OFF.
The risk
BOLT MAY FALL OFF ASSEMBLY, LEADING TO LOSS OF CONTROL OFSERVICE BRAKES WITH NO WARNING, WHICH COULD RESULT IN AN ACCIDENT.
The remedy
INSTALL NEW DESIGN LINK BOLT AND SPLIT PIN TO PREVENT CLIP FROM LOOSENING.
