The defect

THE HOOK-UP FOR THE BRAKE FOOT PEDAL FOR THE DRIVER ASSISTANT ON THE CURB SIDE MAY NOT BE CORRECTLY INSTALLED.

The risk

A SERVICE LINE FAILURE IN THE "A" OR "B" SYSTEM AIRSUPPLY COULD RESULT IN LOSS OF OPERATION OF THE BRAKE PEDAL FOR THE DRIVERASSISTANT.

The remedy

REPAIR PLUMBING HOOK-UP TO THE ASSISTANTS OPERATING STATION FOOT WCONTROLLED BRAKE VALVE.
