The defect
THE TOP WELD ON PINTLE HOOK CROSSTUBE ASSEMBLY MAY HAVE BEEN OMITTED.
The risk
MISSING WELD COULD CAUSE THE PINTLE HOOK MOUNT TUBETO BECOME DETACHED FROM THE TRAILER DURING OVER-THE-ROAD OPERATIONS, WHICH COULDRESULT IN A VEHICLE CRASH.
The remedy
APPLY ANY MISSING WELDS.
