The defect
A BOAT CAN BE LOADED IN SUCH A MANNER THAT THE WEIGHT OF THE BOAT, GAS, AND OTHER EQUIPMENT MAY NOT BE PROPERLY DISTRIBUTED ON THE TRAILER, CAUSING THE TRAILER TO HAVE INSUFFICIENT TONGUE WEIGHT.

THE LACK OF TONGUE WEIGHT CREATES UNSAFE TOWINGCONDITIONS (SWAYING), AND CAN RESULT IN LOSS OF VEHICLE CONTROL AND AN
The remedy
REPLACE THE DEFECTIVE TRAILERS WITH AN IMPROVED VERSION.
