The defect
SOME OF THE BRAKE LINKAGE BELLCRANK END NUTS ARE NON-LOCKING NUTS, AND CAN LOOSEN IN SERVICE.
The risk
THE BRAKE LINKAGE CAN BECOME DISCONNECTED, CAUSING LOSSOF SERVICE BRAKES WHICH COULD RESULT IN AN ACCIDENT.
The remedy
REPLACE ANY NON-LOCKING BELLCRANK NUTS WITH LOCKING NUTS.
