The defect
THE POTABLE WATER TANK SUPPORT BRACKETS WERE FOUND TO HAVE INADEQUATE STRENGTH TO SUPPORT THE TANK DURING TRANSIT.
The risk
SHOULD THE SUPPORTS FAIL, THE TANK COULD FALL DOWNWARD TOTHE ROAD SURFACE CAUSING A NUMBER OF INCIDENTS WHICH MAY RESULT IN VEHICLEDAMAGE OR PERSONAL INJURY.
The remedy
REINFORCE THE EXISTING POTABLE WATER TANK BRACKET WITH A NEW OVERLAPPING BRACKET.
