The defect
THE TIRE CERTIFICATION LABELS STATE AN IMPROPER TIRE PRESSURE FOR THE REAR TIRES.
The risk
THE TIRE CERTIFICATION LABELS FAIL TO COMPLY WITH THEREQUIREMENTS OF FMVSS 120, "TIRE SELECTION AND RIMS FOR MOTOR VEHICLES OTHERTHAN PASSENGER CARS."
The remedy
INSTALL A NEW LABEL WITH THE CORRECT TIRE PRESSURE INFORMATION.
