The defect

THE AUTOMATIC THROTTLE CHAIN CAN CATCH ON THE THROTTLE LINKAGE, CAUSING THE THROTTLE TO REMAIN OPEN.

The risk

THE OPERATOR WOULD HAVE DIFFICULTY STOPPING THE VEHICLE.

The remedy

RETROFIT KITS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR ALL AFFECTED VEHICLES INCLUDING PROCEDURES TO OBTAIN LOCAL SERVICE.
