The defect
THE REAR LIGHTS DID NOT HAVE REFLECTIVE DEVICES INSTALLED. THIS DOES NOT COMPLY WITH FMVSS NO. 108, "LAMPS, REFLECTIVE DEVICES AND ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT."
The remedy
ADDITIONAL REAR RED REFLECTIVE DEVICES WILL BE INSTALLED.
