The defect
THE MANUFACTURER'S IDENTIFICATION LABEL WAS OMITTED. THIS DOES NOT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 115, "VEHICLE IDENTIFICATION NUMBER - BASIC REQUIREMENTS."
The risk
CONSEQUENCE OF NON-COMPLIANCE: THE VEHICLES CANNOT BE IDENTIFIED CORRECTLY.
The remedy
EMERALD ISLE WILL AFFIX THE PROPER MANUFACTURER IDENTIFICATION LABEL.
