The defect

THE TWO-PIECE SELF-LOCKING FLANGE WHEEL NUTS CAN LOOSEN CAUSING STUD BREAKAGE.

The risk

THIS CONDITION CAN CAUSE THE WHEEL TO SEPARATE FROM VEHICLE RESULTING IN LOSS OF STEERING CONTROL AND AN ACCIDENT.

The remedy

DEALERS WILL REPLACE THE WHEEL NUTS ON THE AFFECTED VEHICLES.
