The defect
THE AIR BRAKE LINE FITTINGS ON THE PUSHER AXLE WERE INSTALLED SO THAT ONE OF THE AIR LINES CAN BE DAMAGED AS THE TRUCK IS LOADED AND OPERATED.
The risk
THE AIR LINE CAN DEVELOP A LEAK INCREASING THE POTENTIAL FOR A VEHICLE ACCIDENT.
The remedy
THE AIR LINES AND FITTINGS WILL BE MODIFIED AND RE-ROUTED TO ELIMINATE THE INTERFERENCE WITH THE AXLE VENT.
