The defect
THE FRONT SEAT BELT WARNING CHIME DOES NOT SOUND WITH THE SEAT BELT UNBUCKLED.
The risk
THE SEAT BELT WARNING CHIME IS TO REMIND OCCUPANTS TO FASTEN THEIR SEAT BELTS.
The remedy
DEALERS WILL FIT NEW SEAT BELT BUCKLES WITH PROPERLY CONFIGURED WIRING.
