The defect

A SPACER WAS OMITTED AT THE LOWER SEAT BELT ANCHOR POINT OF THE DRIVER AND FRONT PASSENGER SEAT.

The risk

THE MISSING SPACER CAN CAUSE THE SEAT BELT ANCHOR SYSTEM TO FAIL IN THE EVENT OF A CRASH INCREASING THE RISK OF PERSONAL INJURY AND/OR PROPERTY DAMAGE.

The remedy

DEALERS WILL INSTALL THE SEAT BELT ANCHOR SPACER.
