The defect
VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: POLICE ALL PURPOSE VEHICLES SUPPLIED TO THE CITY OF CHICAGO, ILLINOIS. THESE VEHICLES HAVE NOT BEEN CERTIFIED IN ACCORDANCE WITH PART 574 OF THE NATIONAL TRAFFIC AND MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY ACT.
The risk
THESE VEHICLES ARE NOT IN COMPLIANCE WITH FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARDS.
The remedy
POLARIS WILL OFFER THE CITY OF CHICAGO THE OPPORTUNITY TO RETURN EACH VEHICLE FOR A REFUND CONSISTING OF THE REASONABLE DEPRECIATED VALUE.
