The defect
VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: 20 FOOT TRAILERS. THE TOW PACKAGE MUST BE CORRECTLY ADJUSTED TO PARTICULAR VEHICLE USED FOR OPTIMUM TOWABILITY.
The risk
SWAYING COULD OCCUR IF NOT PROPERLY ADJUSTED, INCREASING THE RISK OF LOSS OF CONTROL OF THE TRAILER.
The remedy
DEALERS WILL INSTALL A ANTI-SWAY CONTROL DEVICE.

OWNER NOTIFICATION BEGAN JULY 8, 1999.
