The defect
VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: CONVERSION VAN. A PROTECTIVE SHIELD LOCATED ON THE DRIVER SIDE UNDERBODY AT THE SEWER DUMP VALVE IS LOCATED TOO FAR FORWARD AND INBOARD ON THE VEHICLE.
The risk
THIS COULD INTERFERE WITH THE PROPER OPERATION OF THE VEHICLE'S PARK/EMERGENCY BRAKE.
The remedy
DEALERS WILL CUT THE SHIELD TO PREVENT INTERFERENCE WITH THE OPERATION OF THE EMERGENCY BRAKE.
