What this page shows
Everything below is an owner-reported complaint submitted to NHTSA about the 2000 Reitnouer Big Bubba, grouped by the component NHTSA recorded on the report. These are not confirmed defects, and they are not recalls. NHTSA does not verify most reports before publishing them, and a category with more reports in it is not evidence that a part is defective.
Complaints are reports submitted by owners and drivers to NHTSA. They are not verified and do not establish that a defect exists.

Body & structure
Reports naming the vehicle structure, frame, body panels, doors, hood and trim.
From owner reports, verbatim
REITNOUER TRAILER BIG BUBBA WITH SEVERE ELECTROLYSIS CORROSION ON 5TH WHEEL PLATE, FRAME SUPPORT AND BACK AXLE. METAL TO ALUMINUM CONTACT ALSO ENHANCED BY SALT/BRINE ON ROADWAYS. HAD 5TH WHEEL PLATE DROPPED AND REPLACED, FRAME SUPPORTS AND BACK AXLE REPAIRED. REPAIR SHOP INSTALLED PLASTIC BETWEEN METAL AND ALUMINUM TO INHIBIT AND INSULATE THE CONTACT OF THESE TWO MATERIALS. REITNOUER TOLD ME THAT THIS MUST BE DONE EVERY TWO YEARS BECAUSE THE GLUE THEY USE ONLY LASTS THAT LONG. I DID NOT KNOW THAT, BUT IS SUPPOSEDLY IN THE USERS MANUAL OF TRAILER. *TR
