TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2002 REXHALL AERBUS RV. WHILE THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 65 MPH THE BRAKE PEDAL TRAVELED TO THE FLOOR WHEN PRESSURE WAS APPLIED TO IT. THE VEHICLE WAS ABLE TO COME TO A STOP AFTER BEING DRIVEN CLOSELY AGAINST THE CURB. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER. THE FAILURE WAS CONTRIBUTED TO THE RIGHT FRONT WHEEL BRAKE LINE IN WHICH THE METAL CRACKED ALLOWING THE BRAKE FLUID TO LEAK. THE DEALER REPLACED THE RIGHT FRONT WHEEL HOSE. THE SERVICE REPAIR COST WAS $550. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND THE WARRANTY HAD EXPIRED. THE FAILURE AND THE CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 26,000. UPDATED 6/1/10 *CN UPDATED 06/04/10.
