What this page shows
Everything below is an owner-reported complaint submitted to NHTSA about the 2021 Riverside Intrepid, grouped by the component NHTSA recorded on the report. These are not confirmed defects, and they are not recalls. NHTSA does not verify most reports before publishing them, and a category with more reports in it is not evidence that a part is defective.
Complaints are reports submitted by owners and drivers to NHTSA. They are not verified and do not establish that a defect exists.

From owner reports, verbatim
The hitch side of the roof began to collapse where the roof met the front curved panel. We experienced water and leaking issues despite our regular maintenance of seals. We finally took it into a repair business to have the roof opened up to determine the cause. The roof panel was not secured to the framing. Due to this the roof panel had completely separated and pulled apart, leaving a large cavity the width of the trailer. My primary concern is that this could have posed some serious risks while transporting this at high speeds. My secondary concern is not only what else was possibly not properly secured, but are any other trailers made with ours also not properly secured. I attempted to reach out to the company prior to this incident for the 12mo warranty information and after this incident via the better business bureau. They have been consistently non-responsive. We carry insurance on our vehicle but I worry about continuing to transport it, in case there are other framing issues hidden we have not yet found.
Too few reports in this category for a page of its own — they appear in the full complaint list.
Higher-selling and older vehicles accumulate more reports. Counts are not failure rates and are not directly comparable between vehicles that sold in very different numbers.
