2016 Roadtrek SS Agile Owner Complaints

Reports submitted to NHTSA by owners and drivers, shown in full

Data refreshed

Complaints on fileComplaints are reports submitted to NHTSA by owners and drivers. NHTSA does not verify most reports before publishing them, and a complaint does not establish that a defect exists. Volume is influenced by how many of a vehicle were sold, how long it has been on the road, and how much attention an issue has received.

The vehicle stalled in the middle of the road. I could start it but if I put it in reverse or drive it would stall immediately. I was stuck in the middle of the road unable to go forward or back. The police put up cones because my rig was not able to even be moved to the side of the road. I was on the road for over 4 hours before I was towed because of the size of my rig. It was a very scary experience. Someone stopped and told me it was the torque converter which was confirmed when Mercedes of St Louis identified the problem.

Higher-selling and older vehicles accumulate more reports. Counts are not failure rates and are not directly comparable between vehicles that sold in very different numbers.
