The defect: Rossmonster Vans LLC (Rossmonster) is recalling certain 2023-2025 Baja Ex and Baja LX motorhomes, equipped with Carli extended stainless steel front brake lines. The brake lines may have been incorrectly routed, allowing the brake line to contact the front tire. Contact with the tire may damage the brake lines and cause a leak.
The risk: A brake fluid leak can decrease braking performance, increasing the risk of a crash.
The remedy: Dealers will inspect and reroute the brake lines as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 13, 2026. Owners may contact Rossmonster customer service at 1-720-295-0623.

Manufacturer communication
Manufacturers file copies of the bulletins they send to dealers with NHTSA. These often describe diagnostic or repair procedures for a known condition. They are not recalls: repairs described in a bulletin are usually only free if the vehicle is still under warranty or the manufacturer has extended coverage.
