The contact owns a 2019 Ford F-450 equipped with Goodyear Tires, Tire Line: Wrangler H/T, Tire Size: 225/75/R16, DOT Number: (N/A). The contact stated that while driving approximately 60 MPH, the passenger’s side rear outside tire experienced a blowout. Later while driving, the front-end of the vehicle became unstable. After stopping to inspect the vehicle, it was discovered that the front driver’s side tire had experienced blistering. The vehicle was taken to the local service center and discovered that the front passenger’s side tire had also experienced blistering. The cause of the failure was not yet determined. The manufacturer and local dealer were notified of the failure, but no assistance was provided. The failure mileage was 2,000.
