THE MAJOR PROBLEM THE CONSUMER'S EXPERIENCED IS THAT THERE WAS NO HEAT OR DEFROST IN THE DASH AREA OF THE COACH. *PH THE CONSUMER CONTACTED THE MANUFACTURER BUT THEY INDICATED THAT THEY FOUND NO PROBLEM WITH THE SYSTEM (MONACO SAFARI ZANZIBAR 2004). *NM
MANUFACTURER IS REFUSING TO PROVIDE HEAT. THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN SUGGESTED THAT MONACO IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR HEAT BELOW 30 DEGREES. *AK THE DEFROST DIDN'T WORK PROPERLY EITHER. *SC
