SEATSLOCKWASHERS WERE NOT INSTALLED ON THE BOLTS THAT ATTACH THE SEAT SLIDING TRACK ASSEMBLY TO THE LOWER FRAME MEMBER. CONSEQUENCE OF DEFECT: OMISSION OF LOCKWASHERS ON ATTACHING BOLTS COULD CAUSE SEATS TO LOOSEN FROM VIBRATION, WITH THE POTENTIAL TO CAUSE INJURY TO OCCUPANTS.
