CAME TO THE CAR AND SAW BLUE/BLACK SMOKE COMING FROM UNDER THE HOOD/ENGINE, SPARKS AND FIRE FROM THE CARRIAGE OF THE CAR. WAITING FOR FIRE DEPARTMENT TO COME. CAR TURNED ON BY ITSELF, AND WENT FORWARD IN FIRST GEAR AND HIT A BUILDING. FIRE DEPARMENT PUT FIRE OUT. TOW COMPANY HAS CAR WAITING FOR REPORT. VEHICLE NOT INCLUDED IN RECALL . *AK
