TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 (NA) STARCRAFT 1701 POPUP TRAILER. THE VEHICLE HAS TOWMASTER TIRES. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE TIRES WERE CRACKED AND DRY ROTTED. THE TIRES HAD ONLY BEEN USED FOUR TIMES. THE MANUFACTURER COULD ONLY OFFER A CREDIT OF $26 ($13 PER TIRE) TOWARD THE PURCHASE OF NEW TIRES. THE TIRES WERE THE ORIGINAL ONES THAT CAME WITH THE TRAILER. THE TIRE SIZE AND VIN WERE UNKNOWN. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS LESS THAN 300.
