TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 STARCRAFT AUTUMN RIDGE TRAVEL TRAILER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE EXTERIOR ENTRANCE DOOR FAILED TO UNLATCH UNTIL AFTER NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS. THERE WAS A RECALL UNDER NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER: 13V585000 (LATCHES/LOCKS/LINKAGES). THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE ISSUE. THERE WAS NO MILEAGE.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 STARCRAFT AUTUMN RIDGE RV. THE CONTACT RECEIVED A NOTIFICATION FOR RECALL NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER 13E03900 (LATCHES, LOCKS). THE CONTACT ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER NUMEROUS TIMES REGARDING WHEN THE PARTS WOULD BECOME AVAILABLE. HOWEVER, THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE A SPECIFIC DATE.

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 STARCRAFT AUTUMN RIDGE RECREATIONAL TRAILER. THE CONTACT RECEIVED A RECALL NOTICE FOR NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 13E039000 (EQUIPMENT, LATCHES/LOCKS/LINKAGES) IN JANUARY OF 2014. SINCE THAT TIME, THE CONTACT HAS LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES FOR THE MANUFACTURER, BUT HAS NOT RECEIVED A RETURN PHONE CALL. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED AND THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE.
