TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A STEHL TOW CAR DOLLY. THE CONTACT WAS UTILIZING THE DOLLY ON BUMPY ROADS. HE LOOKED AT THE STRAPS AND NOTICED THAT ONE OF THEM HAD BECOME COMPLETELY LOOSE. HE SUSPECTED THAT THE DESIGN OF THE LOCKING SYSTEM WAS VERY POOR, WHICH CAUSED THE STRAPS TO LOOSEN. THE MANUFACTURER OFFERED TO REPAIR OR REPLACE THE DOLLY. THE CONTACT FELT THAT IT WAS A SERIOUS SAFETY ISSUE BECAUSE THE VEHICLE COULD DETACH FROM THE DOLLY AT 60 MPH. THE VIN AND MILEAGES WERE UNKNOWN.
