HORSE TRAILER DOOR FAILED AND SWUNG CLOSE BANGING INTO THE BACK OF CONSUMER'S HEAD.*MR THE HORSE TRAILER IS EQUIPPED WITH HOLD BACKS THAT ARE SUPPOSED TO HOLD THE LOADING DOORS OPEN. THE HOLD BACK FAILED AND THE DOOR SWUNG CLOSED, BANGING INTO THE BACK OF THE CONSUMER'S HEAD. THE DOOR IS STRONG AND HEAVY AND THE DOOR HAS NO PADDING. THE CONSUMER SUFFERED FROM HEAD, NECK AND EAR PROBLEMS. THE CONSUMER ALSO HAS AN INDENTATION IN THE BACK OF HIS HEAD WHERE THE DOOR IMPACTED IT. THE CONSUMER INDICATED THAT THERE ARE NO SAFETY WARNINGS OR ADDED SAFETY FEATURES IN CASE OF HOLD BACK FAILURE.
