TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2000 SUNDOWNER VALUELITE TRAILER (NA). WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS BEING SERVICED, THE DEALER NOTICED THAT THE FRAME WAS CORRODED. THE DEALER REPAIRED THE VEHICLE AT THAT TIME BUT THE FAILURE OCCURRED GAGAIN. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN REPAIRED. THE CONTACT CALLED THE MANUFACTURER WHO OFFERED NO ASSISTANCE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 10,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 50,000.

TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2000 SUNDOWNER CARGO VALUE LITE TRAILER. THE CONTACT INSPECTED HER HORSE TRAILER AND NOTICED THAT IT WAS DETERIORATING; THE STEEL PART OF THE TRAILER HAD RUSTED. THE TRAILER HAD NO RECALLS FOR THAT FAILURE.
