2013 Suzuki VZ1500 Owner Complaints

Reports submitted to NHTSA by owners and drivers, shown in full

Data refreshed

Complaints on fileComplaints are reports submitted to NHTSA by owners and drivers. NHTSA does not verify most reports before publishing them, and a complaint does not establish that a defect exists. Volume is influenced by how many of a vehicle were sold, how long it has been on the road, and how much attention an issue has received.

NOW ON ALMOST A DAILY BASIS THE BIKE UPON ACCELERATING INTO TRAFFIC WILL DROP ABOUT 20-30 MPH WHILE MERGING INTO TRAFFIC. THIS INITIALLY OCCURRED AFTER ABOUT 2000 MILES, SINCE THEN MOTORCYCLE HAS BEEN TO DEALER AT LEAST 3 TIMES WITHOUT THE DEALER BEING ABLE TO DUPLICATE ISSUE. FILED PROBLEM WITH SUZUKI ON 08/14/17 FOR ATTEMPTED FURTHER RESOLUTION WITH THEM. HAVE DISCONTINUED RIDING THIS MOTORCYCLE DUE TO THE SEVERE POSSIBILITY OF BEING INJURED OR KILLED BY VEHICLES BEHIND ME WHEN THIS OCCURS.
