CHILD SAFETY CONCERN!! THE SEATS ARE THE ONLY SAFETY BARRIER FOR CHILDREN IN THE EVENT OF AN ACCIDENT!! BROKEN SEAT BACKS. 13 OUT OF 28 SEATS BROKEN. THE SHEET METAL BACKING IS BREAKING AROUND THE SPOT WELDS WHERE IT IS WELDED TO THE TUBE FRAME. THIS IS AN ISSUE WITH ALL BUSES WITH SYNTEC SEATS. HERE IS A LINK TO A VIDEO I CREATED TO SHOW THE ISSUE. IT'S NOT A VIDEO FROM THIS PARTICULAR BUS BUT THIS GIVES AN IDEA OF HOW SEVERE THE ISSUE IS. HTTPS://WWW.YOUTUBE.COM/WATCH?V=PGAIX0AOJVY. *TR
Too few reports in this category for a page of its own — they appear in the full complaint list.
Higher-selling and older vehicles accumulate more reports. Counts are not failure rates and are not directly comparable between vehicles that sold in very different numbers.
