MY 2004 THOR TRAILER, JAZZ 2830RL MODEL HAS A DEFECT IN THE METAL PIECE THAT HANGS DOWN BETWEEN THE TWO TIRES ON THE PASSENGER SIDE. IT HAS BROKEN LOOSE TWICE RESULTING IN A TOTAL TIRE FAILURE. THE TIRE RIPS APART. THE FIRST INCIDENT HAPPENED IN JULY OF 2005 AND THE SECOND INCIDENT IS DOCUMENTED BELOW. *NM
