TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2018 THOR COMPASS. WHEN THE CONTACT ATTEMPTED TO EXIT THE RECREATIONAL VEHICLE, THE FRONT PASSENGER DOOR HANDLE FAILED TO OPEN THE DOOR. IN ADDITION, THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE WINDOW GLASS FELL OUT OF THE WINDOW FRAME. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO A DEALER OR INDEPENDENT MECHANIC FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING OF THE FAILURES. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURES AND DID NOT ASSIST. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 375.
