2018 Thor Motor Coach Gemini Owner Complaints

Reports submitted to NHTSA by owners and drivers, shown in full

Data refreshed

Complaints on fileComplaints are reports submitted to NHTSA by owners and drivers. NHTSA does not verify most reports before publishing them, and a complaint does not establish that a defect exists. Volume is influenced by how many of a vehicle were sold, how long it has been on the road, and how much attention an issue has received.

There is a recall for my vehicle it is notice # 2021070007 despite your website stating there is none. My problem with your recall is that it only applies to the rear wheel sensors on the Mercedes sprinter chassis. I've had both front and rear wheel sensor failures on my sprinter both failures coming with less 5000 miles on my sprinter which the Mercedes dealership refused to repair. I don't why NHTSA would limit the recall to just the rear sensors when the front sensors are exactly the same as the rear sensors and are failing also. These are dangerous failures which disable the safety systems on the vehicles.

THE REAR SPEED SENSOR ON MY 2018 THOR GEMINI RV WITH THE MERCEDES BENZ 3500 SPRINTER CHASSIS WENT BAD KNOCKING OUT MY ABS, STABILITY CONTROL AND CRUISE CONTROL ON A LONG TRIP. I WAS ON THE HIGHWAY DOING A STEADY 60-65 MPH. MY SPRINTER ONLY HAS 8,000 MILES ON IT. I'VE READ THIS IS A RECURRING PROBLEM ON THESE VEHICLES SO I THOUGHT I WOULD REPORT IT.
