What this page shows
Everything below is an owner-reported complaint submitted to NHTSA about the 2019 Thor Motor Coach Palazzo, grouped by the component NHTSA recorded on the report. These are not confirmed defects, and they are not recalls. NHTSA does not verify most reports before publishing them, and a category with more reports in it is not evidence that a part is defective.

Driving down the highway and the DEF check engine light came on. It indicated to pull over and shut down immediately. I was on a highway that had long 7% grade hills with minimal places to pull over in arizona mou tain range. I was able to make it home after engine debated. Took to a freightliner dealer and paid 4400.00 to have DEF pump replaced. It turns out that was not the problem. I tried to go on another trip a month later and I hot a low DEF signal. I was told it was a DEF head. Freightliner XCS chassis our having lots of issues with DEF. The def is for emissions and should not shut the engine down or debate the performance for an emussion issue.
Too few reports in this category for a page of its own — they appear in the full complaint list.
Higher-selling and older vehicles accumulate more reports. Counts are not failure rates and are not directly comparable between vehicles that sold in very different numbers.
