What this page shows
Everything below is an owner-reported complaint submitted to NHTSA about the 2018 Thor Motor Coach Quantum, grouped by the component NHTSA recorded on the report. These are not confirmed defects, and they are not recalls. NHTSA does not verify most reports before publishing them, and a category with more reports in it is not evidence that a part is defective.
Complaints are reports submitted by owners and drivers to NHTSA. They are not verified and do not establish that a defect exists.

SUMMARY: WHERE DO I START, EXCEPT EVERYONE IS SAFE. DRIVING TO DISNEY WITH THE FAMILY FOR CHRISTMAS (DAUGHTER JOINING US FROM COLLEGE) AND WE SUDDENLY HEAR A LOUD BANG FROM THE CAB; THE STARLIGHT WINDOW BLEW OUT/ OFF. WE WERE THE ONLY ONES ON THE ROAD (DOING ABOUT 50 MPH) AND NOTHING HIT US, LOOKS LIKE THE GLUE/SEAL JUST GAVE WAY! THE OTHER THING I WAS SURPRISED THERE WERE SHARP GLASS SHARDS IN THE CAMPER AND THE GLASS DID NOT SHATTER INTO SMALL SQUARES ONE TYPICALLY SEES WITH SAFETY GLASS. HONESTLY, IT COULD HAVE BEEN WORSE IF THE GLASS PANEL WOULD HAVE BLOWN INWARD IT WOULD HAVE HIT ONE OF MY DAUGHTERS; AS IT IS, THEY WERE HIT WITH SMALL SHARDS OF GLASS.*DT*DT*JB
Too few reports in this category for a page of its own — they appear in the full complaint list.
Higher-selling and older vehicles accumulate more reports. Counts are not failure rates and are not directly comparable between vehicles that sold in very different numbers.
