What this page shows
Everything below is an owner-reported complaint submitted to NHTSA about the 2022 Thor Motor Coach Quantum, grouped by the component NHTSA recorded on the report. These are not confirmed defects, and they are not recalls. NHTSA does not verify most reports before publishing them, and a category with more reports in it is not evidence that a part is defective.
Complaints are reports submitted by owners and drivers to NHTSA. They are not verified and do not establish that a defect exists.

From owner reports, verbatim
I own a 2022 Thor Quantum LC22 motorhome build on a 2022 Ford E350 chassis. The rear dually tires were installed with Dicor brand inner tire valve extenders. These extenders are attached to the outer wheels using a plastic clip. The plastic clip on the driver's side extender broke off, causing the extender device to hang free. As I was driving the vehicle, the device wedged between the tires and cut the sidewalls on both, causing a sudden flat tire. Both tires needed to be replaced. When at the repair shop, the mechanic found the other valve extender on the passenger side was also broken and hanging free. I believe this is a defect and should be investigated as it could cause a blowout.
Too few reports in this category for a page of its own — they appear in the full complaint list.
Higher-selling and older vehicles accumulate more reports. Counts are not failure rates and are not directly comparable between vehicles that sold in very different numbers.
